Tatenhill

Located in a tranquil valley just over three miles from Burton on Trent, Tatenhill offers a taste of traditional village life while still retaining proximity to a town and excellent transport links.

The village hall and picturesque bowling green provide a focal point for the community with regular fetes and other events held there. Next door, the charming Horseshoe Inn offers great service and extremely well-priced meals. Each year Tatenhill becomes one of Staffordshire's prime tourist attractions as it opens its doors to the Adventure Farm and National Forest Maize Maze based at Postern House Farm, with another recent addition being Screamfest which is held over the Halloween period.

Further every day amenities are available in the nearby village of Barton under Needwood, where doctors, pharmacy, post office, shops, café and restaurants can be found. The village is situated just south of Burton upon Trent, where access is easily available to the A38 for fast travel to Lichfield, Derby and Birmingham and to the A50 for travel to Nottingham and Stoke on Trent. National and regional rail travel is available from Burton upon Trent Train Station, Lichfield Trent Valley and Lichfield City Train Stations.
