IN HOUSE COMPLAINT’S PROCEDURE

We are committed to always providing a high level of service to all our customers, however, sometimes things can go wrong.

HOW DO I REPORT A COMPLAINT

If you have a complaint, we aim to address any concerns you may have, quickly and professionally. Please advise us in writing, including as much detail as possible including dates and any supporting evidence. We aim to work with you to understand what’s happened and resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

On receipt of your complaint, we will

  • Send you a written (letter or email) acknowledgement within three working days.
  • Your complaint will be reviewed, and you will be provided with a formal written outcome of the investigation and ask if the suggested resolution is satisfactory within 15 working days of receipt. If further time is required to evaluate your concerns, you will receive a written explanation for the delay.
  • Should you feel your complaint has not been fully addressed, you may write to us again for a further review which will be carried out by Mr Howard Jones.
  • A response confirming our final viewpoint, to the further review will be sent out in writing (letter or email) within 15 working days.

If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:

Please note you will need to submit your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of receiving our final viewpoint letter, including any evidence to support your case. The Property Ombudsman requires that all complaints are addressed through this in-house complaint’s procedure, before being submitted for an independent review.
